Workforce Planning Manager – Cruise Sales

 

I started with Iglu in March 2019. I have over 10 years’ experience in Resource Planning and been part of 3 WFM integrations, with the most recent one being here at Iglu. This has enabled us to forecast our incoming calls and workload more accurately and enables us to get the right resource, in the right place at the right time. 

Over my career I have previously worked for Barclaycard, TUI and most recently Travel Republic and Emirates Holiday, so I am really excited to now be a part of the IGLU team.
