Operations Manager – Customer OperationsToday I hold the position of Operations Manager but my journey within Iglu structures started 7 years ago.
As a Customer Service Agent, I was focused on enhancing customers' experience by assisting with their daily queries and this was an excellent opportunity to grow my knowledge and to start climbing up my career ladder. After 1 year, I was promoted to a Senior Role and during that time I was a subject matter expert within the department where I shared my knowledge, experience, and support. Throughout that time I was always eager to take up new projects and this allowed me to work and develop my leadership skills.
My proactive approach, thinking outside of the box and anticipating customers' needs is what I always aimed to be associated with when leading teams through the projects. Thanks to this mindset I successfully led the Change Control Team through the most challenging pandemic times and became a manager of all operational teams.
