We run the Operations Team – the biggest team in the company!
We are spread liberally across Wimbledon, Portsmouth and Homeworking locations
The team is an incredibly diverse, vibrant, high-energy, noisy, fun group of people!
There are several roles within the group, including:
- Operations Director – leads the team
- Head of Customer Service, Head of International Sales – both lead big teams
- Head of Operational Transformation – optimises the experience for our customers
- Sales Analyst – understands our sales and how we can sell more
- Forecasting and Planning Manager – understands how we best organise to optimise our people’s time
