Customer Resolution and Social Media

We work hard behind the scenes to assist customers with any post-holiday concerns they may have. We work to ensure all communication is resolved within ABTA guidelines and to the best resolution for the customer and company. We are also responsible for maintaining our Facebook and Twitter chats. We respond to all of the great reviews being posted and provide excellent service on all social media platforms. 

We work with all departments within the company to make sure our customers are getting the best experience we can offer pre and post-booking
