Iglu Cruise Customer Relations - is not much different from Customer Care - it is all about LISTENING to our clients and finding ways to make our customers feel valued, and keep coming back.
But it is also about identifying where we can do better, making mistakes and preventing reoccurring errors. Without striving to do better and taking responsibility the way is not up but down, and we want to go up! Well climbing mountains, that's where I want to be, and every step, even painful at times, is worth the view in the end.
