The Customer Service department is here to deliver excellent customer experience and fulfil customers’ needs to their satisfaction. We provide support by answering any product and service related questions, we help with servicing existing bookings and we provide advice and guidelines before our customers travel.
The Customer Services department consists of the call centre and administrative teams. We are a group of agents based in two offices in London and Portsmouth as well as working from home from various locations across UK.

During 2018 we won the Top Cruise, Ocean and River Agency at the TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies 2018 and also won Best Newcomer for the Eurozone 2018 with Royal Caribbean. Back in 2017 we were also recognised in The Leap 100 Fastest Growing Companies 2017.
