The Customer Service department is here to deliver excellent customer experience and fulfil customers’ needs to their satisfaction. We provide support by answering any product and service related questions, we help with servicing existing bookings and we provide advice and guidelines before our customers travel.
The Customer Services department consists of the call centre and administrative teams. We are a group of 90 agents based in two offices in London and Portsmouth as well as working from home from various locations across UK.
