I began my journey with Airtours Holidays, where I quickly discovered a lifelong passion for the cruise industry. Since joining Iglu in 2021, I have held pivotal roles across sales, retention, and operations, providing me with a 360-degree view of the customer journey.
In my current role, I focus on refining every touchpoint of a customers experience. From the moment they begin their search to the day they step aboard their ship, my goal is to ensure theirholiday is seamless and effortless. Whether checking details in My Booking or looking for answers in our Help Centre, I am dedicated to making customers travel planning as exciting as the destination itself.
