Sales and Service Trainer – TrainingI started working with Iglu in 2019. Travel has always been a part of me and my love for cruising went from strength to strength so when a job role came up with Iglu Cruise it was like it was meant to be. My knowledge and passion for cruises helped me within my sales role.
I have been with Iglu just under 3 years now and I have worked within the sales team & customer care where you are the main point of contact for our customers whether you are a part of booking their holiday, helping them resolve a query about their holiday or adding extras to enhance their holiday, our customers can relax and know that we have it all in hand.
I have now joined the Training Team as a Customer Care Training Coach, I use my knowledge from within all areas that I have worked to focus on the training that's needed to not only enhance the team already here but to make sure anyone who joins the company is confident and supported when they join our amazing family.
