Recruitment Team Review
Within 24 hours our Recruitment Team will review your application and get in touch with you
Day 2/3
Call with Recruitment Team
You have now been selected to move forward in the process where you will have a call with our Recruitment team to discuss your application and the role in more detail
Day 3/4
Iglu Assessment
You have spoken with the recruitment team and now you have been invited to complete the Online Iglu Assessment
Day 5
Interview with Assistant Managers
You will be invited to the first virtual interview with two of our Assistant Cruise Sales Managers

Iglu Assessment
Great news! Our recruitment team have spoken with the Assistant Cruise Sales Managers and they would like to move you forward to complete our Iglu Assessment
Day 7
Interview with Cruise Sales Manager
Nearly there! You have passed the Iglu Assessment and you have been invited to attend a Final Virtual Interview with our Cruise Sales Manager
