Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Iglu
Iglu is committed to providing an inclusive and diverse environment for our employees.
In 2023 we launched our first diversity, equity, and inclusion survey to provide insights into how we are doing, and to help us create equity for all of our colleagues. This year we further refined the survey which is part of our larger efforts to understand Iglu as a whole and how we can continue to improve.
The insights provide us the opportunity to celebrate some of the success we’ve had while also giving us more detailed data about our workforce and guiding us about where we can deliver the most benefit to our employees.
Some of the highlights from our survey include:
We have succeeded in reducing unconscious bias in our organisation through a company wide training roll out. We also now know that applications to our roles at Iglu are diverse with over 31% of applications coming from ethnic minorities proving that we are an appealing employer to all. Our management masterclass programme is well underway and further development opportunities are being discussed at all levels.
