Performance Marketing Analyst
As a Performance Marketing Analyst you will drive exceptional results and maximise ROI for the business through data-driven paid search campaigns.
Role Purpose
To drive exceptional results and maximise ROI for the business through data-driven paid search campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the performance of paid marketing campaigns, analyse key metrics, and optimise for maximum ROI.
- Utilise advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitoring and working to maintain data quality and accuracy
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of driving successful paid search campaigns with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of paid search platforms, bidding strategies, and keyword research.
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in tools like GA4 s, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques for predictive modelling and optimisation
- Expert level Excel/Google sheets user
- Experience in configuring and using Google Tag Manager
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in paid search and digital marketing
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant platforms.
- Experience in developing and implementing data layers to capture and organise relevant user interactions and website data.
- Experience with data visualisation tools to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
