I started at Iglu Cruise in 2013 as a temporary admin assistant, I got employee of the month after the first 4 weeks...and here I am 6 years later! I have worked my way up through the customer care department, from an executive talking calls and replying to customer emails,  a senior with more responsibility and complaints handling...Today I am the team leader for my amazing customer care team the P.A.C.K (Portsmouth Amazing Call Kittens)
