In my role, I have the pleasure of managing our fantastic Customer Service Team. We diligently work behind the scenes to assist customers with any after-sales and pre-travel questions and concerns they may have.

We collaborate with all departments within the company to ensure our customers have the best possible experience during every step of their journey with us.

I have been with Iglu since 2011 and have held a variety of positions within the company, including ski, cruise, sales, and customer service. I'm proud to be part of such a strong and dedicated team, and I'm excited to see what we accomplish in the future!
