In my role, I manage our fantastic Customer Resolution Team. We work hard behind the scenes to assist customers with any post-holiday concerns they may have. We are also responsible for maintaining our Facebook and Twitter chats and responding to all of the great reviews being posted.
We work with all departments within the company to make sure our customers are getting the best experience we can offer pre and post-booking.
I have been with Iglu since 2011. I have held a variety of positions within the company (ski, cruise, sales, and management) and believe we have the strongest and most dedicated team out there.
