I started at Iglu in 2011 and was happy to take on any challenge thrown at me: from executive calls handling, senior’s complaints escalation, to team leadership and departmental management. Every year brought new experiences, opportunities and growth. The journey has been fun and full of twists and turns!
I say... What doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you. Value and respect people you manage, discover their potential and help them grow. Choose positive and constructive over negative. Be fair.
Fun facts: when I’m not at my desk I’m probably trying to reach new peaks in the mountains or ski down them, searching for an adrenaline rush and getting out of my comfort zone somewhere far away. Love sport and adventure.
