Ski Sales Executive
We are currently seeking to expand our Ski Sales team, as the ski season is fast approaching. The successful candidate will ensure that our high levels of customer service are maintained.

You will handle calls and emails from customers and assist them in finding the perfect ski holiday. Previous experience in travel sales and a good knowledge of the Ski travel industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed KPIs and targets – Daily, weekly and monthly,
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with business targets,
- Proactively chase sales leads ensuring contact is maintained with all customers,
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails,
- Support team members and ensure you are a team player,
- Take ownership and responsibility for problem solving and query resolution,
- Maximising upselling and margin opportunities,
- Experience in call centre / customer service environment,
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of the ski holidays and resorts we feature,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- A willingness to develop knowledge and skills.
Skills and Experience:
- Good attention to detail,
- Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks,
- Must have a proactive & positive attitude,
- Basic PC skills including Word, Excel and Google docs knowledge,
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Previous experience in travel sales (Ski travel experience preferred).
