My journey with Iglu started in 2016 when I joined as the Head of Development. Before starting this crazy ride I worked in various industries including law, insurance, marketing and retail. 

Over the last three years the department has grown from 4 to over 30 based in three different countries. I am constantly looking for ways to improve our delivery pipeline through tooling, process and skills.
