Service Delivery Manager – ITI've been at Iglu since the mid 2022 and joined with a strong background in IT Service Delivery. Leading our IT Service Desk team entails ensuring they deliver a first class service to our internal customers, whilst improving our ways of working with IT across Iglu. Additionally I'm responsible for the majority of our IT Policies and Processes and ensuring that we deliver IT Services within their agreed service levels to the business.
