The IT Department is made up of Service Desk, Engineering, Infrastructure and DevOps.
Service Desk - A key part of our communication and interaction with Iglu's employees. They are skilled in all our applications, have knowledge of our infrastructure and know how to fix a thing or two. They have an impressive skill set.
Infrastructure - Looking after out vast array of on-premise and cloud based solutions. This includes phone systems, networking, AWS infrastructure, email, etc.
DevOps - Solely looking at how we can make our teams scale and go quicker. They are specialists in development workflows, Build Tools, Deployment Solutions and AWS.
Engineering - Made up or an array of Developers, QAs and product owners.
