I joined Iglu in 2016 as part of our Customer Service team. After several years working in different roles across our Customer Service departments, I moved to our Commercial Team where I now work as a Partnerships Executive.

In my current role I work alongside the other members of our Commercial Team looking  after all aspects of the relationships with our cruise line partners. While the rest of the Commercial Team focus on day to day trading, I assist them by being the point of contact between Iglu and our suppliers for any operational issues and booking escalations, as well as managing our calendar of supplier events, FAM trips/ship visits and supplier meetings. 

I enjoy the variety that each day brings and look forward to being part of developing our supplier relationships further in the future as we continue to grow.
