I started at Iglu in 2015, working as Product Owner in a fast growing Software development team, bringing with me 8 years’ experience in various roles within Operations, Product Development and Project Delivery.

I worked closely with the Sales and Customer Service departments for three years as a Product Owner, improving the internal quoting, booking and fulfilment systems and processes. I was keen to be directly involved in how our internal processes impact the customer and took the opportunity to work with the Operations team as Head of Customer Experience - allowing me to focus on providing an efficient and seamless end to end experience for our customers, online and in the back office.
