I have the fantastic job of overseeing all operational aspects of Iglu's business, including sales, service, customer experience, and people & culture. I joined Iglu in 2019, bringing a wealth of travel operations and leadership experience from 17 years in TUI's Specialist Division, Global Transformation Director for Dnata Travel, and consulting as Business Transformation Director for Marelo Ltd. I am extremely passionate about ensuring a customer and people-centric approach to everything we do at Iglu.
