I've been at Iglu since the start of 2022 and joined with a strong IT Operations and Service Management background. Leading the IT Operations team entails ensuring our IT Service Desk, Infrastructure and application support are all delivering value to the wider business, whilst also staying at the forefront of innovative technology. The technology stack comprises mostly of cloud services and SAAS products and the key deliverables within the department are our service levels to the business.
