I am part of the Customer Resolution team working as a Customer Experience Executive. We manage all correspondence with customers that come in via our social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter as well as responding to all reviews on Feefo, Trustpilot, and Google. We work closely with all other departments to ensure the customer experience pre and post cruise is the best it can be. I have worked for Planet/Iglu since March 2013 and in that time I have worked in Sales, Concierge/Concierge team leader, customer care and book on boards and have loved every part of it.
