I joined Iglu in May 25 as the new Head of Talent. 

As a Head of Talent I work within the People Team to support best practice people development, including succession planning, employee development and retention, and skills gap analysis. I also get involved with recruitment; making sure our practices attract top talent, and Iglu is seen as (and is!) a great place to work.
