I have worked in the travel industry for almost 20 years. I have worked for major high street travel agencies as well as being a self-employed personal travel advisor; selling a variety of different holidays.
I have always had a passion for cruises, and have been lucky enough to cruise with P&O, Princess, NCL to name but a few, so in 2018 I jumped at the chance to join Iglu.
When I started with Iglu I worked within the Customer Care team, answering calls and emails and assisting our customers with any after-sales queries. I have also worked with the Customer Relations team dealing with post-travel feedback and as a Social Media executive.
I now work in our fantastic Marketing Team as a Customer Communications Executive. I create content for our online Help Centre and other areas of our website to guide and inform our customers along every step of their journey with us.
