I started in February 2013 with no experience whatsoever in the cruise industry but with good sales experience in the luxury villas world. 

I joined a fun and dynamic international team consisting of Italy, France and Spain and learning from the more experienced colleagues, day by day, soon enough I was making good sales. 

The atmosphere was great and there was great buzz with all the different languages spoken at the same time. After 5 years in sales, I had the opportunity to move to the Commercial department for the international team. 

This new role is giving me a chance to see things from a different angle, on a more operational and organizational level, which I really like. I love this new role and the challenges that come with it. 

My team is fantastic, and my boss is really helpful and supportive. I look forward to achieving great things at Iglu taking the International team to new heights!
