Our Portsmouth office has a number of hot-desk options and will also be where you come for your introductory Welcome Session. The office is close to the M27 and has plenty of parking. On your first day in the office, you will need to go to our Tech Bar on the Ground Floor to obtain your pass. Just buzz on arrival for someone to let you in and show you the way.
We have a number of options around us for lunch, the quickest is a cafe within Selco next door, or within a 10 min walk (few mins drive) is a Tesco Superstore, Subway, Costa, KFC, McDonalds and Greggs. A Co-op and Starbucks is also within walking distance, a bit further but more scenic next to a lake!
If you need to arrange accommodation, the nearest hotels are The Village Hotel, Portsmouth and Premier Inn (Port Solent).

Our office is within Huddle Wimbledon, in Wimbledon Quarter Shopping Centre, just a few moments from the Wimbledon train station platform.
From Public Transport:
Exit the station into the shopping centre, walking along the top level on the right until you see Huddle (it's just after the climbing wall!).By Car:
Park in the Wimbledon Quarter car park, enter the shopping centre to the top level to locate the Huddle space. If you are going to be driving to the Wimbledon office on your first day, ask for details to sign up for a parking account.On your first visit you will be invited to sign up to the Huddle App to be able to gain access to our offices. Someone will show you the way on your first visit.
We are centrally located in Wimbledon and therefore surrounded by lunch options including a Tesco Metro, M&S Food, Costa and many more.
If you need to arrange accommodation there is a Premier Inn (Wimbledon Broadway) 10 minutes walk away.

We wear casual (but smartish) clothes in our offices, but there is no specific dress code.

If you have been hired into our sales team you will attend a 2-day welcome session in your first week with us, which gives you all the information you need about Iglu.
If you have been hired into our general office team (all non-sales roles) you will attend a 2-day welcome session within the first 6 weeks of your arrival. -
You will be provided with your essential IT equipment on your first day. If you will be in the office this will be in person, if you will be working remotely this may be sent to you in advance. Kit includes a laptop, keyboard and mouse, plus a monitor for working at home. Set up instructions will be provided with your equipment.

In both Portsmouth and Wimbledon we have kitchens with fridges, microwaves, tea/coffee and dishwashers.
Occasionally we have our supplier partners visit our offices and supply a free lunch, look out for these events when you are settled in.
Some people have specific desks allocated but many are hot desks available to all. We have a 'desk booking sheet' in both offices to note when you will be in the office, this also has a map of hot desks for you to find when you come in. Desks all have a network cable and monitor ready to plug and play. -

Our operations teams ensure the process is smooth from the moment a holiday is booked until they return home and provide their feedback!

A large team with diverse responsibilities including SEO, content, social media, design, paid ads, email, CRM and partnerships with our suppliers!

The finance team are responsible for accurate accounting and control of the company's money through robust processes, reporting, budgets, forecasts and compliance.

Looking after not only our HR function, but recruitment, internal communications and employee engagement, the People & Culture team are here to help.

One of our largest teams, IT are responsible for our technical equipment, networks, security, functionality and ensure we are always ahead of the latest innovation.

The Digital Product team are tasked with maintaining and improving the functionality of our customer sites ensuring the user experience is leading edge and innovative.

The starting point of Iglu more than 25 years ago, our dedicated Ski team look after all our ski product, sales and operations. Iglu Ski is the biggest ski travel agent in the UK and offers holidays to over 280 ski resorts across 18 countries!

Office Socials
At the start of each month we enjoy a social event within our offices. In Portsmouth this is likely to be a Tuesday and happens during the day. In Wimbledon this is usually the first Thursday after work.

Virtual Socials
Every quarter we also host a virtual social with prizes and fun for all our homeworkers to join in with everyone else. These events usually take place in the evening.

Bi Annual Parties
Iglu holds two parties a year, Summer and Christmas. In 2025 our parties will take place on Thursday 12 June (London) and Thursday 11th December (Reading)

Iglu Voice brings together our employee surveys, the suggestion box, feedback requests and polls.
