We have high ambitions for growth, and we’re looking for a driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team to own our digital acquisition channels as a vital pillar in getting us there. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in paid digital advertising, either inhouse or agency-side, preferably D2C. We are looking for an energetic individual with enthusiasm to spare and the capacity to think outside the box to create and deliver high-impact strategies that inject pace, rigour and effectiveness into our acquisition growth channels.
The perfect candidate will naturally be able to understand how to attract and engage our potential audience - deciding on and crafting messaging that gives people a reason to choose us over our competitors is a real strength in your armour.
Skiing is energetic, fun, full of enthusiasm and determination. The ideal candidate will embody this, and do everything they can to use this to bring the best ski holidays to the masses.

- Identify and test new paid channels to maximise opportunity for growth.
- Monitor and evaluate performance across all paid channels to inform performance strategy.
- Generate weekly and monthly business reporting and insights, understanding attribution, and provide recommendations for improvements across all channels
- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve creative strategy and production, developing compelling offers and landing pages, and optimise the post-click experience.
- Research, identify and engage influencers as a new channel for reach, awareness, traffic and revenue.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to provide annual budgets and forecasts with quarterly reviews, taking responsibility for the performance of paid channels.
- Oversee the content calendar of the social channels to bring credibility to Iglu Ski and help support the paid social.
- Here’s an approximate breakdown of how you’ll spend your time while taking full ownership of your ad spend, revenue and CPA / ROAS targets:
- 25% on Analysis – Diving into campaign / ad set / ad / asset experiment data to pinpoint actionable insights to inform strategy
- 25% on Strategy – Identifying new opportunities to launch new and existing campaigns to scale, trends to capitalise on, new buying/optimisation strategies to test, etc.
- 50% on Execution – Hands-on inside the accounts, building, configuring, managing, monitoring, optimising, and troubleshooting your campaigns
IMPORTANT: Efficient expansion is the name of the game here, and you’ll be challenged to prove incremental margin contribution beyond in-platform CPA / ROAS metrics, and to consistently move budgets appropriately through the full funnel.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns, either agency or inhouse, ideally from a B2C background.
- A full funnel eCommerce performance marketer, you’re not only fantastic at the technical media buying side of paid advertising, but you understand the bigger picture of customer acquisition and the interplay of strategy, media, creative and conversion.
- A proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager and other performance tools.
- You will have the curiosity and drive to find the best and most effective channels to grow our audience.

- Confidence in your ability to challenge the status quo to achieve the results that you need to succeed.
- Nice to have: experience using AI tools to create ads at pace and scale.

- You will have energy and enthusiasm in abundance, with a constant determination to achieve.
- You enjoy what you do and naturally bring people on your journey.
- You are a team player who is happy to ‘dive in’ and get things done.
- A self starter / proactive, not someone who waits for someone to tell you what to do.
- Happy to work in an autonomous environment but is keen to join in to work together, thriving in a collaborative setting.
- You have a voice and opinion which you’d love to discuss.
- Problem solving and analytical skills, naturally spotting trends and painting a picture of what’s driving performance.
- Results driven, ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Culture fit: Down to earth yet energetic, determined to drive results, pragmatic, passionate, creative, smart, collaborative, transparent, motivated, high integrity, commercial and flexible.
- Although the role is hybrid, you love your time in the office as it gives you the chance to meet and collaborate, understanding the value of bouncing ideas off each other and the energy you bring.
- Passionate traveller: ideally with skiing or snowboarding experience that will help you to immediately understand the audience and how to connect with them.
