CRM Executive - Email Campaigns
This role is responsible for executing acquisition email campaigns, assisting with WhatsApp and push notifications, and supporting various acquisition-related projects.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for executing acquisition email campaigns, assisting with WhatsApp and push notifications, and supporting various acquisition-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute acquisition emails, WhatsApp and push notifications based on the schedule,
- Support the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery,
- Assist with pet forms and performance tracking to optimise marketing efforts,
- Work closely with the commercial team to select products for inclusion in commercial emails,
- Create and design engaging emails using HTML, adhering to branding and marketing guidelines,
- Source images and design graphics for email marketing using tools like Photoshop and Canva,
- Build and optimise workflows in Adobe Campaign or similar,
- Conduct A/B testing to refine email subject lines, content, and design for improved engagement,
- Analyse performance metrics and strategise improvements for email marketing campaigns,
- Assist in other digital marketing activities such as social media management,
- Work on acquisition-related projects as required, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong IT literacy with experience in email marketing platforms,
- Ability to write clear and compelling marketing copy,
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills,
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines,
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to identify and implement efficiencies in production and processes,
- Experience with HTML coding,
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign or similar email marketing platforms,
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop and Canva,
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis,
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations,
- Knowledge of the cruise or travel industry is an advantage.
