Head of Strategic Communications and Engagement – People Team

I joined Iglu in September 2023 into the newly created role of Internal Comms & Engagement Lead. I was really excited to have joined a business where the people are recognised as our most important asset and the key to Iglu’s success.

Among my key responsibilities is coordinating our company wide communications pattern, in particular through content on our recently launched intranet. I am also involved in creating a calendar of social events and other engagement activities throughout the year. As a Mental Health First Aider, it's also important for me to focus on the health and wellbeing of our staff, ensuring everyone has access to any help or resources they need.

We all want to feel informed, heard and valued at work, and I’m passionate about making this true for everyone, through information sharing, feedback gathering and shouting about our successes, of which there are many!
