This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team of a successful online travel agency specialising in Ski and Cruise holidays. Through our award winning brands Iglu Cruise, Planet Cruise and Iglu Ski, we provide expert service and exceptional holidays to locations around the world.
Our invoicing administrators are key players when it comes to the company upholding high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate and timely accounting records. In the role, you’ll be working with your team on processing our incoming supplier invoices, ensuring that all booking and financial details are correct and liaising with tour operators and sales agents where amendments are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Checking all details on invoices:
- Sending out client documentation
- Negotiating with suppliers on amendment charges and other issues
- Contacting operators for outstanding documents
- Answering customer questions regarding travel documentation
- Logging notes onto our booking system
- Dealing with any issues on an ad hoc basis
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proactive and self-motivated. Good attention to detail and strong communicator.
- Quick learner with enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Skilled in planning, organisation and prioritising workload efficiently.
- Team player.
- Previous experience in a finance team or administrative role preferred but not required.
