Reports to: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Wimbledon 

Job Purpose

The Senior PPC & Display Executive will drive strategy and execution across paid search and display channels with a global focus across several brands. You will manage a team of executives, you will deliver growth and expansion of our activity including best-practice campaign management and optimisation, budget and bid management, testing and identifying trends and insights.

This is an ideal role for a motivated and self-driven individual with a proven track record of successful campaign management with large budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC and Display accounts for several brands (Planetcruise.com, Iglucruise.com, Igluski.com) across multiple platforms and markets to ensure the company’s goals are met.
  • Direct management of PPC executives.
  • Responsible for managing large spend levels within budget.
  • Report and analyse performance to drive campaign optimisation decisions.
  • Proactively uncover insights and suggest new ideas for growth and efficiency optimisations.
  • Drive testing and co-ordinate implementation of learnings, best-practices, optimisation techniques and tactics across all campaigns and channels.
  • Liaise with partners at search engines and other vendors and with the wider marketing team as the PPC & Display expert.
  • Monitor latest industry trends and new features.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple campaigns for multiple products in multiple territories and languages. 
  • Hands-on extensive knowledge of day-to-day campaign management across Google Ads and Bing Ads including bidding tactics, optimisation, keyword research, ad copy testing etc. Google Analytics knowledge is a plus. 
  • Team management experience a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills. 
  • Analytical with great attention to detail.
  • A passion about using data to make decisions.
  • Experience with bid management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
  • An understanding of business strategy and the ability to work towards company goals.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Additional language is a plus. 
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in paid search.
