Job Title: Paid Social Media Executive
Department and Team: Marketing
Location: Wimbledon

Role Purpose

The Paid Social Media executive will be responsible for the management and growth of our Display, Retargeting and Paid Social marketing campaigns across our brands (,, This is a great opportunity to join our expanding marketing team and to help define how we scale our marketing reach across different biddable display channels.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Day-to-day management of campaigns across several brands and countries to ensure the business KPIs are met
• Planning, execution and analysis of campaigns including briefs, creative, targeting, media buy, testing, tracking, and reporting
• Work on audience targeting and messaging strategies
• Report and analyse performance to drive campaign optimisation decisions
• Investigate new channels and spot opportunities for growth
• Implement best practices, keep up to date with industry research and competitors’ campaigns
• Proactively investigate and spot opportunities for growth and for testing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for both retargeting and prospecting campaigns
• Liaise with the wider marketing team as the Display & Paid Social Media expert

Skills and Experience: 

• Hands-on experience in either paid social or display advertising
• Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks 
• Good Excel skills 
• Analytical with great attention to detail
• A passion about using data to make decisions
• Experience with Google Analytics
• A background in journalism, PR, copy writing, creative, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of business strategy and the ability to work towards company goals
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
