International Sales Team Leader - Italian Market

We are looking to grow our International Sales team! Recently established in Wimbledon, the team sell Cruise and tailor made packages in 3 different countries. You will lead a talented call centre team of sales professionals, coaching them to improve performance and hit monthly KPIs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with high earning potential. You would also learn a wide range of customer service skills and help pioneer international selling for the company.

Reports to: International Sales Manager

Main responsibilities

  • Lead your team to exceed monthly KPIs and provide an industry leading customer experience.
  • Daily analysis of results and upbeat tactical planning to drive success.
  • Monitor call and email volumes and ensure answers are within service level.
  • Innovate best practice on how to sell in your market and drive across the team.
  • Deliver high impact coaching sessions and 1-2-1 agent development.
  • Monitor customer interactions live to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Handle any escalations, disciplinary situations or conflicts within the team.
  • Report on KPIs including call times, targets and service level.
  • Working collaboratively with other Team Leads and senior staff.


  • Fluent Italian (oral and written) and strong English (oral and written).
  • Coaching skills and the desire to coach.
  • Passion for providing great customer sales and service experiences.
  • Positive and hard working.
  • Engaging communicator and rapport builder.


  • Call Centre Sales Team Leader Experience with strong track record of achievement.
  • Travel experience desirable, Cruise experience advantageous!
  • Experience of working as a Sales Team agent on inbound, outbound and email.
  • Good MS office skills.

Work Pattern

  • Flexible work pattern worked over a 40 hour week.
