We use Tableau to build dashboards, visualisations and reports to provide insight and answer business questions and ultimately to steer us in the right direction.

Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and crucial function of the business, your day to day responsibilities will be to generate Insight, ensure effective communication and adoption into the business processes. Analysing data, identifying trends, forecasting and modelling & making recommendations to the business.
This role will focus on working closely with our Marketing department, looking at how we can improve our time to insight, conversion and repeat rates. This is an opportunity to have a positive impact on the business by driving change and continuous improvement, and evaluating the impact of these changes.
You will analyse and produce reports on the performance of marketing campaigns along with customer profiles and segments.
The Team
Our department of developers, product owners, and cloud infrastructure engineers work together to change our IT systems to meet our business ambitions.
The Data & BI team, composed of data engineers and analysts, work together to build our data platform and provide insights and analysis.
Key Skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience of a BI Tool (Tableau preferred) is required, training will be provided for Tableau.
- Previous experience analysing data for a Marketing Department
- Preferred experience using marketing focused data tools, such as Google Analytics, Adwords etc.
- SQL query skills
Key Responsibilities
- Interrogate and analyse data to establish market and product trends, find new opportunities, improve efficiency and build forecasts models, across the cruise sectors
- Present findings & recommendations to the management team to support the running of the business, drive growth and efficiencies;
- Work with the BI Team, to validate data and facilitate new data points and sources;
- Work closely with other departments to ensure their reporting needs are being met, help identify new areas for analysis as required;
- Create daily, weekly and ad-hoc reporting on performance, trends and opportunities;
- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings an to present to stakeholders when necessary;
- Provide continued reporting and evaluation on the impact of changes made.
