Role Purpose

Iglu.com, is a successful online travel agency specialising in Ski and Cruise holidays. Through our award winning brands Iglu Cruise, Planet Cruise and Iglu Ski, we provide expert service and exceptional holidays to locations around the world.

You will be someone who has experience in a digital environment and has a knowledge of multichannel performance marketing. The role will suit someone who is keen to develop their digital marketing skills and perfect them in a niche travel sector.

You will be responsible for monitoring competitor activity, increasing traffic to our website, creating online marketing campaigns, executing marketing plans along with driving channel performance by collaborating with paid and SEO teams. You will be directly responsible for the end-to-end management of email campaigns using our CRM Tool (Adobe Campaign), metrics and performance along with social, you will also oversee content and off site SEO where necessary. You will constantly seek out industry best practice and evolve ideas and try new things to keep up with customer demands and market evolution.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with other marketing teams across the business to share best practice and grow your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver marketing components for ski strategy
  
• Drive channel performance
  
• Plan, execute and report on email and social campaigns
  
• Drive growth of database
• Monitor daily ROI to ensure efficiencies and exceeding of budget
• Implement best practices, keep up to date with industry research and competitors’ campaigns
• Proactively investigate and spot opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with customer facing departments to enhance the overall customer experience

Skills & Experience:

• An understanding of digital marketing and the channel landscape
• An understanding of CRM programmes and database management
• An understanding / experience with HTML
• High attention to detail
• Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
• Ideally previous use of Adobe Campaign or other CRM Tool
• Ideally previous experience of Adobe apps (Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
