Cloud Engineer

As travel returns to previous demand levels we are looking for a cloud engineer to work alongside existing DevOps and Infrastructure teams to continually improve and secure services.

At Iglu we currently maintain multiple cloud presensces. Predominantly this is AWS for our infrastructure services, and Google for client workspace activities. 

As travel returns to previous demand levels we are looking for a cloud engineer to join our IT department and work alongside existing DevOps and Infrastructure teams to continually improve and secure services.

AWS knowledge is a must, with that experience you will find yourself not only leading some exciting projects but also training team members and creating processes that will have a massive impact on our business.

In an ideal world you will have experiene in the following:

AWS:

(EC2, Autoscaling, SSM, Cloudwatch, Lambda, Open Search, CDN, Cloudformation (Yaml), Fargate, RDS, IAM

Microsoft:

Windows Server 2016/2019, AD / ADFS, WSFC , SQL 2016 (Availability Groups, Powershell (scripting) for automation

Linux

Experience with Centos / Ubuntu, bash scripting and hardening of images through 3rd party tooling

Networking & Security

Strong understanding of Networking & Security Principles.
